VSH series vacuum storage hoppers are intended for storage and distribution of abrasive or any other bulk material for 1-12 output ports. The hopper is manufactured with bulk capacity from 200 to 15000 litres and it forms a part of the abrasive vacuum transport system.

Depending on the number of blasting units used, the hopper is fitted with pneumatic rotating shutters that are connected via remote control and sensors to the blasting equipment. The hopper can be loaded automatically as well as manually by switching from „Operation” mode to „Stop” mode.

The vacuum transport system COMPLEXA-V-220 provides an example of integrated use of the VSH-200-1 vacuum storage hopper.

The system includes:

  • Suction unit VORTEX-220-5,5 with an electric motor of 5.5 kW, an industrial cartridge filter, an exhaust silencer and an electric control panel (1)
  • Vacuum storage hopper VSH-200-1 (2)
  • Floor funnel FF-800/800-S, including a grid (3)
  • Suction nozzle 2”
  • Suction hose 2”, 2 metres
  • Connecting hose 2 ½”, 3 metres
  • Vacuum stabilizer hose 1”, 1.5 metres
  • Hose clamps 2 ½”, 4 pieces.
  • Hose clamps 1”, 2 pieces.
