* Suction unit VORTEX-2000-45
In industrial environment, the collection of abrasive media mixed with dust and other polluting fractions, usually causes problems - regular vacuum cleaners are not suitable for this purpose or their performance is insufficient.
VORTEX series suction units are designed for transporting abrasive media, taking into account all possible features of industrial production environment. Efficiency is achieved by a continuously operating suction pump, which is protected with an inlet filter and the separation system.
Units are available in both stationary and mobile version with an electric drive.
VORTEX suction units come in a range from 5.5 kW to 110 kW.
VORTEX-2000-45 model provides an example of VORTEX suction unit.

- has a filter cleaning system, which operates with vacuum pulses, without using compressed air, it works automatically, filer cleaning process does not require to turn off the unit or use an additional compressor.
- is fitted with a cassette bag filter
- has more compact dimensions compared to the basic version VORTEX-2000-
This version of the suction unit, along with its compact size, also stands out by its greater "on air" performance, which enables the most efficient transportation process of abrasive, and significantly facilitates the work with the system in the difficult environment of ship repair industry.
