* Dust separation cyclone CYCLONE-2 ½
CYCLONE series dust separation cyclones are used for dust pre-separation of in a working environment of high level dust contamination.
Their main purpose is to reduce the load of suction unit filters, as well as to increase the useful volume of the suction unit for storing treated abrasive media.
Having the cyclone installed in the set of vacuum transport systems enables to achieve the best results in a working environment of high level dust contamination.
The cyclone efficiently operates in the conditions where the dust contamination of incoming air does not exceed 20 g/m3. The cleaning efficiency of the cyclone is 92-98%, depending on the nature and dispersion of dust, as well as on the size and model of the cyclone.
Cyclones are supplied with flanged pipes for connecting the hoses to the suction unit and the vacuum storage hopper.
